Beginning in 2019, Spicy Cats Recuse is based in Exeter, New Hampshire where it started as a trap, neuter, then release effort by the founders. It would then be turned into a "network of rescuers and foster homes; participating in TNR, rehabbing feral cats, bottle raising abandoned kittens, and helping any cat in need in the Seacoast Maine and NH area" (SPC). •
