In Business magazine June 2023 cover & spread

Cover story and headline for the June issue “Is the Four-Day Workweek Dead.” To support this concept, illustrating a large clock with Executive Director of Access of Independence, Jason Beloungy in the center. Other elements that represented working and Access of Independence were added. They included: calendar, computer pinging with emails, full & drained battery, gears, teamwork, writing utensils, arrows representing positive growth, work/life scale, and 3 words that represent Access’s mission: accessibility, advocacy, and inclusion.

The goal was to convey joyful people centric workplaces and the positive feedback from employees enjoying an improved work life balance as a direct result of switching to a four-day workweek. This was achieved with the selection of illustration style and choice of background color.
